Each pair of sunglasses x The Going is delivered in a protective lined leather snap-close case and includes a microfiber lens cloth for cleaning. For lasting wear, avoid extreme temperatures and contact with sharp objects and/or abrasive surfaces. When not being worn on your lovely face, store in the case.

Once The Going receives your order, we begin the process to prepare your shipment, thus no changes can be made. Verify payment method and mailing address are accurate before completing your order.

The Going ships throughout the continental USA from Spring, Texas twice weekly. Orders received Saturday-6pm CT Tuesday will be shipped by the Wednesday immediately following. Orders placed after 6pm CT Tuesday-Friday will be shipped by the immediate Saturday. If for any reason there is a delay, the info will be promptly communicated via email.

We want you to love your purchase from The Going. If something isn't right, we'd like to resolve it quickly.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Returns for a full refund are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

After 3 days, returns are eligible for exchange or store credit for up to 10 calendar days.

Email hello@the-going.co to get a Return Authorization and Prepaid Label before sending anything back.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped within 5 days of approval.

Refund will be processed after item has been received by The Going.

Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Any discounted items or those marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
