Processing & Shipping Policy
Once The Going receives your order, we begin the process to prepare your shipment, thus no changes can be made. Verify payment method and mailing address are accurate before completing your order.
The Going ships throughout the continental USA from Spring, Texas twice weekly. Orders received Saturday-6pm CT Tuesday will be shipped by the Wednesday immediately following. Orders placed after 6pm CT Tuesday-Friday will be shipped by the immediate Saturday. If for any reason there is a delay, the info will be promptly communicated via email.
Pre-Order items will be mailed once the item has been fulfilled and is ready for shipment. If you place an order that contains a combination of Ready-To-Ship and Pre-Order items, your items may arrive in separate shipments. Items labeled "Pre-Order" will generally list an anticipated date of fulfillment and/or lead time. Occasionally, an item may be delayed and in this case, any adjustments to the expected date will be communicated via email.
Return & Refund Policy
At The Going, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’d like to work with you to resolve it quickly.
Return Window
Returns for a full refund may be arranged within 3 days of the delivery date.
After 3 days, returns will only be accepted for exchange or store credit for up to 10 calendar days from the delivery date.
All returns or exchanges must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving authorization.
Return Authorization
Before sending anything back, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and Prepaid Label by emailing hello@the-going.co. Please include the reason for your return.
We will respond Monday–Friday within 48 hours of your email.
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, cases, cleaning cloths, and any materials received.
A copy of the packing slip must be included inside the return package.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that shows signs of wear, damage, or does not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Only one exchange allowed per order.
Refunds & Credits
Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds or store credits will be processed once the item is received and inspected by The Going.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment unless store credit is requested.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of the delivery date for a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
Sale items and items marked "Final Sale" are final sale—no returns, exchanges, or store credits will be accepted.
